The guy must not have done a good job cleaning the carb or it sat some time after he cleaned it. Clean it yourself. I use the Gumout carburetor cleaner from Wal-Mart. It works good and is only like 3 dollars. I also use the copper strands from a wire to clean out the jets and other passages.

I'm working on a 300 Bayou Kawi 4 wheeler that is leaking fuel. There is a fuel line, coming of the lowest fitting on the carb, which is just haning below the bike and leaking fuel. There is what appears to be an inline fuel filter about half way down that line. The bike starts and runs fine, it just pours fuel from that line.
